Serial Number Verification Web App with Google Sheets for WordPress

Job Description

Using WordPress as a base, I need to create a simple one-page website where someone can enter in a 7 digit code into a single box and if that code matches what we have in a Google Sheet (Imagine a Google Sheet with 25,000 seven digit numbers in Row A) and if they type in correct 7 digit number, it will simply say "Your Item Is Authentic" and preferably we can have a picture show up also that I set. If they type a wrong number in, it will say "Your Item Is Not Authentic".
