Connect Airtable to Looker Studio with Google Apps Script

Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) is a powerful data visualization tool. Currently it does not natively connect with Airtable which is a popular database with the user friendliness of a spreadsheet.

The task is to deliver code for a functional data connector for Airtable as displayed on the following link, but with minor tweaks explained below.

Minor tweaks:

• The data connector should support all standard data types that Airtable offers. E.g. Date, integer, float, text, URLs currency, checkboxes, etc. Linked record fields can be translated to comma-separated text fields.
• The data connector should suggest an identified field type in the data studio, so that the user doesn't have to do any field settings adjustment to get started.
• Code should be well structured and with inline commenting, for each major function and particularly for any external resources being linked or used.
• Give a brief description of how the code can be published and connected to another Google Developer Account.
• The code should be ready for use as both shared publicly and private.
