Google Forms Data Integration with Google Sheets Report
Description
We are looking for someone to help us take data from Google Form submissions and write a script to populate the information into a Google Sheets report, with some specifications which are listed below.

Specifications:
These forms are submitted by our clients multiple times each. We will need the ability to filter the report so we can view all form submissions by one client at a time. We will need to choose a filtering method that will allow for selection of the specific client to view.
We want to compile each new entry by a client in a separate row in the final report, with conditional formatting so the cell will fill with a different color, depending on the response.

In this particular project, we leveraged the capabilities of Google Sheets and Google Apps Script to facilitate the processing of Google Forms responses obtained through "Multiple Choice Grid" and "Checkbox Grid" question types. Our aim was to transform these responses into a more comprehensible format for end users. This project showcases a unique application of Google Apps Script.
